- Give away or throw away 10 items from anywhere in your home office area. This can come from drawers, cabinets, filing cabinets, desktop ... send it packing!
Foyer / Front Porch Zone
- Anything in the entry way of your home that doesn't belong there? Outer wear on the floor? Boots? Packages? Remaining Christmas decorations? If you have nothing to put away or toss, take a moment and run the vacuum or a broom across the entry way!
Body:
Day 3 of 100 - 30 minutes of moving
Yesterday I spent 32 minutes seriously moving on Wii Fit. I'm finding games engage me and make the "task" more fun.
I encourage you to try, as you move today, to consider that what you are doing is to glorify God. After all, you are his work of art. Taking care of your body brings glory to Him and it can actually be a form of worship! Commit your guardianship to the Father!
God's Word to Consider:
